The rates listed at commercial banks stayed stable.
At 8:15 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,910 VND/USD, and the selling rate 23,120 VND/USD, unchanged from February 23.
Similarly, the rates at BIDV were maintained unchanged at 22,925 VND/USD (buying) and 23,125 VND/USD (selling).
Meanwhile, BIDV offered the buying rate at 22,880 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,127 VND/USD, up 3 VND and 2 VND, respectively./.
