Reference exchange rate down by 1 VND (Photo VNA)Hanoi (VNA) – The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,469 VND/USD on the morning of November 9, down by 1 VND from the previous day.
With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 23,135 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,797 VND per USD.
The exchange rates remained stable at major commercial banks in early hours on November 9 morning.
Vietcombank, Vietinbank and BIDV kept both rates unchanged from the previous day at 22, 680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD.-VNA
