Hai Duong

The special national relic site Con Son – Kiep Bac in Chi Linh city, the northern province of Hai Duong, welcomed about 120,000 visitors from September 13 to 18 during its autumn festival, up about 40 percent year on year.

Located in the southwest of Hai Duong province, Thanh Mien district is bestowed with poetic and idyllic scenery typical of the Red River Delta, along with rich history and cultural traditions, as seen in the numerous cultural and historical sites in the district.

With its beautiful landscape together with rich cultural value plus a favourable geographical location and convenient transport system, Hai Duong province aims to turn tourism into an economic spearhead by 2020.

Northern Hai Duong province sought a strong connectivity in tourism with the Red River Delta and northern mountainous midland provinces through a seminar it held on June 26.
