These celebrations were organized as part of the Vietnamese Tet – Old Quarter Tet 2024, a collaborative effort between the Management Board of Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter.

The festivities encompassed various traditional rituals, including a procession to present offerings at the Đình communal house gate, a ceremony to declare the Thanh Hoang and pay homage to the Craft Ancestors, and a ceremony of erecting a bamboo pole, known as “cây nêu” in Vietnamese.

The event is scheduled to run until February 28./.
