Risks of flash floods, landslides after Typhoon Bualoi

The National Centre for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has warned of multiple natural disaster risks following Typhoon Bualoi. On September 30, heavy rain continues in areas from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh, the Red River Delta, Phu Tho, and the southern parts of Son La and Lao Cai provinces, with rainfall ranging from 100 to 200 millimetres, with some places exceeding 350 millimetres. With accumulated rainfall, the risk of flash floods and landslides remains extremely high in many areas.
