Kuala Lumpur (VNA) – Nguyen Thi Nhu Y bagged a gold medal forVietnam in the women’s under-78kg category in Judo on August 27 at the 29th SEA Games in Malaysia.

She defeated Myanmar’s rival Aye Aye and defended her gold medal won at 28th SEA Games.

Earlier on the day, Ha Thi Nguyen pocketed a gold medal in Taekwondo for Vietnam.

Vietnam aims for49-59 gold medals to rank in the top three at this SEA Games.- VNA
