Senior military official welcomes US guest

Khue applauded the USACBT leader’s visit, sayingthat it is taking place in the context of the positively developingcooperation between Vietnam and the US .

Defence relations between the two countries have been promoted in theexchange of high-ranking delegations, training, army medicine andsurmounting war consequences, he said.

He expressedhis belief that the visit will make practical contributions to furtherboosting the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two nations inall aspects, including defence.

Frances Zwenig stressed that she will do her best to help develop the bilateral ties between the two countries./.
