Shirt exports to Japan in the first four months of this year reached 48.3 million USD, up 67.6 percent over the last year, according to the Vietnam National Textile and Apparel Corporation (Vinatex).
In April alone, the country’s textile sector exported 37.8 million shirts (up 10.6 percent), with earning over 238 million USD (a year-on-year increase of 29.6 percent)./.
