Hanoi (VNA) – Over 350,000 vapes and components worth more than 6 million USD were seized from distribution networks in June as the authorities stepped up efforts to clamp down on vaping.

Two men and two women, aged between 34-52, are assisting with investigations.

In a statement on July 4, the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) said it also found 14 vapes suspected to contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), which is a controlled drug.

More than 18 million USD worth of e-vaporisers and components have been seized by HSA since January./.
