The initiative aims to build a "new" generation of enterprises to fuelinternational integration and actively contribute to local socialeconomic development.
Funded by the Canadiangovernment, the programme is a key activity of the province'sdevelopment plan for small-and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Themodel is expected to help new enterprises or individuals overcomeinitial challenges in starting businesses in the province.
Director of the provincial Department of Planning and Investment MaiPhuoc Hung said most start-ups face difficulties such as a lack ofstrategic orientation, underperforming administrative competency and lowtrade promotion and connectivity skills.-VNA
