SSIAM VN30 exchang-traded fund officially listed on HOSE

HCM City (VNA) – Exchange-traded fund (ETF) SSIAM VN30 on August 18 officiallylisted 5.6 million shares, worth 56 billion VND (2.4 million USD), on the Ho ChiMinh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

The SSIAM VN30is the third ETF managed by SSI Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SSIAM) whichoperates the fund along with founders SSI Securities Corporation, Mirae AssetSecurities (Vietnam), and BIDV Securities.

The fund isopen-ended and passively replicates the performance of the VN30-Index, whichcontains the 30 largest stocks by market value and liquidity on HOSE.

According toSSIAM, the 30 stocks in the VN30 basket account for 73.4 percent of totalmarket capitalisation. Those stocks are also leading companies in theirsectors.

SSIAM launchedthe IPO for the fund from June 1 to 26. The initial value of the fund wasestimated at at least 50 billion VND.

This is thesecond ETF to track the VN30-Index. The first is the VFMVN30 ETF managed byVietFund Management (VFM) with a total value of 6 trillion VND.

SSIAM VN30 ETFhas a total expense ratio of 0.75-0.8 percent, the lowest in the market./.

This milestone on November 8 came 11 months after the signing of an international franchise agreement between Three O’Clock (a brand under the Teatime limited company) and its exclusive master franchise partner for the Indian subcontinent FranGlobal. Vietjet reports strong growth in Q3, announces 20% stock dividend

In Q3, Vietjet's air transport revenue reached 16.728 trillion VND, with a pre-tax profit of 393 billion VND. Fitch Ratings affirms Northern Power Corporation at ‘BB+’ with stable outlook

The rating reflects EVNNPC’s standalone credit profile of ‘BB+’, which is on par with both parent company EVN and Vietnam’s sovereign rating of ‘BB+/Stable’.
