Vietnam calls for stronger cooperation to address conflict-driven food insecurity
Drawing on Vietnam’s experience of overcoming war and poverty to become a peaceful country and a food exporter, Minister Counsellor Nguyen Hai Luu, Deputy Permanent Representative of Vietnam to the UN, reaffirmed Vietnam’s full commitment to Resolution 2417 and put forward three groups of recommendations.
