This year, lessons will weave Vietnamese culture, history and everyday life into the curriculum, tailored to each age group.

Resolution No. 23 reflects a shift in Vietnam’s approach to overseas Vietnamese, increasingly recognising them as an important resource for national development. It also demonstrates Vietnam’s continued commitment to openness and deeper international engagement.

The Hoang Sa-Truong Sa Club's activities reflect the deep affection of Vietnamese people in the Czech Republic for their homeland, help strengthen the bond between the Vietnamese community abroad and the country, and foster a sense of responsibility and love for Vietnam’s seas and islands.
The Vietnamese community in Mongolia also hopes the two countries will further facilitate trade, investment, tourism, education and people-to-people exchanges.
OVs offer more than capital; they also bring knowledge, technology, management experience, and international market access. Vietnam needs to advance high technology, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, green economy, environmental protection, education and training.
Teaching traditional dance and songs to children growing up overseas has never been easy. Differences in living environments and ways of thinking, together with pronunciation influenced by the local language, mean that the children need more time to grasp rhythms and pronounce Vietnamese correctly.
