Vietnam, Russia strengthen cooperation in defence, science-technology, maritime security
During his official visit to the Russian Federation, where he co-chaired the second Vietnam–Russia maritime consultation, General Phan Van Giang, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence, led a high-ranking Vietnamese defence delegation to meet General Sergei Kuzhugetovich Shoigu, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, at the Council’s headquarters in Moscow on May 22.
