Vietnam has emerged among the world’s 10 most improved real estate markets in terms of transparency during the 2024-26 period, according to the 2026 Global Real Estate Transparency Index released by global real estate services firm JLL.

Vietnam jumped four places to rank 56th globally, according to the Global Real Estate Transparency Index by JLL and LaSalle Investment Management, amid improving building standards across Asia.

Vietnam has become an attractive destination for many foreign investors largely due to the country’s friendly policies encouraging FDI, its political stability and strong economy, the latest report of US-based John Lang LaSalle said.

The transparency in Vietnam’s real estate market has got better, but much more efforts are required to promote this index, a specialist of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Vietnam real estate company said.
