Vietnam, China strengthen exchanges between military academies
Vietnam attaches importance to consolidating and developing its friendly neighbourliness and Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership with the Party, Government, people, and military of China, said General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and Deputy Minister of National Defence.
