Indian parliament commemorates Party chief Nguyen Phu Trong
The Indian parliament on July 22 held a moment of silence before beginning its monsoon session to commemorate General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Nguyen Phu Trong, who passed away on July 19.
