Speakers introduced a range of solutions, including HDPE cages, automated feeding systems, Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental monitoring, artificial intelligence (AI) applications and integrated multi-trophic aquaculture to improve productivity and sustainability.

The Nha Trang University in the central province of Khanh Hoa has held a wide range of activities to help foreign students experience the Lunar New Year (Tet) – the biggest festival in a year of the Vietnamese people.

A seminar was held on September 21 to share experience in training cooperation between nearly 20 Australian universities and their peers in the south-central province of Khanh Hoa, and introduce the collaboration model between universities and businesses to meet human resources development demand of Vietnam’s south central coastal localities.

ECOViP, a project financed by the European Commission and coordinated by Nha Trang University, was launched on July 11, aiming to foster innovation and entrepreneurship in ecotourism, promoting sustainable development in Vietnam and the Philippines.
