The 11th meeting of the Government Steering Committee on the implementation of the Resolution No. 18 on streamlining the political system’s organizational structure for improved efficiency, took place in Hanoi on February 10 under the chair of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
The second and final working day of the 13th Party Central Committee's meeting took place in Hanoi on January 24.
The review of Resolution 18 and the restructuring of the political system’s organisational apparatus have received broad support and praise from Party members, officials, and the public, with a high level of activeness of all levels. So far, many tasks have been completed ahead of schedule, following the direction set by the Party Central Committee.
