Vietnam, Japan promote cooperation in science, technology, human resources training
National Assembly (NA) Vice President Nguyen Thi Thanh called on Japan to support Vietnam in removing legal bottlenecks related to technology transfer and intellectual property protection, and facilitate visas and welfare arrangements for experts, scientists, students and skilled workers from both countries.
