In the first seven months of 2026, capital raised through share offerings totalled 113.92 trillion VND, up 43.41%, while funds raised through public offerings of bonds, international bonds and convertible bonds reached 52.15 trillion VND, up 160.64%.

The Finance Ministry on March 30 announced that it has set up a team to study virtual assets and money to design management policies and mechanisms according to its tasks and functions in the field.

About 190 foreign investors were granted securities trading codes in February, bringing the total number of foreign investors participating in Vietnam’s securities market to 29,454, according to statistics of the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).
