A tropical depression is forming and heading to the East Sea on December 29 afternoon, according to the National Centre for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF).
Another cold spell is predicted to hit the northeastern and north central provinces and cities on early December 11 morning, causing a temperature drop to 9-14 degrees Celsius.
