The Vietnamese embassy and Overseas Vietnamese (OV) Association in Ukraine have held a ceremony to launch the Tennis Association for the OVs community in Ukraine and open the Friendship Tennis Tournament 2017.

Hanoi (VNA) - TheVietnamese embassy and Overseas Vietnamese (OV) Association in Ukraine haveheld a ceremony to launch the Tennis Association for the OVs community inUkraine and open the Friendship Tennis Tournament 2017.

It was attended by Vietnamese Ambassador to Ukraine Nguyen Minh Tri, theembassy’s staff and representatives from the OVs association in Kiev, Kharkovand Odessa cities and 50 OV tennis players. 

Ambassador Tri emphasised that these events have contributed to tighteningfriendship, discovering tennis talents, and strengthening exchanges betweenVietnamese players in Ukraine, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and thewhole of Europe.-VNA

Project on digital transformation in cultural sector approved

By 2030, the project targets the establishment of shared digital platforms across 100% of cultural sectors. All digitised cultural heritage will be standardised under the national data framework and shared in accordance with regulations, while 80% of public digital heritage assets are expected to receive digital identifiers to clarify ownership and management, encouraging organisations and individuals to do the same and support market development.
