Thailand attends the 2nd ASEAN-Japan TV Festival

Representatives of Thailand’s Public Relations Department (PRD) have joined television and media producers from ASEAN nations and Japan at the 2nd ASEAN-Japan TV Festival in the Philippines, exchanging views on issues concerning TV production.
Bangkok (VNA/NNT) - Representatives of Thailand’s Public Relations Department (PRD) have joined television and media producers from ASEAN nations and Japan at the 2nd ASEAN-Japan TV Festival in the Philippines, exchanging views on issues concerning TV production. 

The festival in Manila is aimed at providing a platform for those working in the TV industry to share knowledge and directions as well as talk issues they are facing in modern society. 

Visitors to the festival will see a variety of TV programmes, including those belonging to the National Broadcasting Services of Thailand (NBT) and NBT World. 

In addition, Thai Minister to the Prime Minister’s Office Omsin Cheewapruek and Public Relations Department Deputy Director-General Dr. Charoon Chaisorn will attend the ASEAN-Japan Ministerial Meeting on Information. The topic of discussion will focus on how to handle fake news and how to disseminate news correctly.-VNA
