Hanoi (VNA) – US President Donald Trump and DPRK leader KimJong-un will meet one-on-one before a dinner together at the Sofitel LegendMetropole on February 27, according to the AP.

The Associated Press (AP) of the United States cited the White House that Trumpwill be joined at the dinner by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and acting WhiteHouse chief of staff Mick Mulvaney. Kim, too, will have two aides with him, andthere will be translators for each side.

Trump and Kim will have a series of additional official meetings on February28.

Besides, the AP said Trump will have meetings with Vietnam’s president andprime minister on February 27 morning.

Trump arrived in Hanoi on late February 26 for the second summit with Chairmanof the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and the State Affairs Commission of theDemocratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong-un, who arrived inVietnam earlier the same day.

The second DPRK-USA Summit takes place in the capital city of Hanoi on February27 and 28. - VNA
