HCM City (VNA) – Doctor McKay McKinnon, a US expert in reconstructive, orthopaedic and maxilla-facial surgery, has returned to Vietnam to offer free surgery for  Vietnamese children suffering from serious diseases such as neuroblastoma, brain hemangioma, vascular and eye malformations.
