Professors from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) under the Indiana Bloomington University of the US have praised the intelligence and desire of studying of Vietnamese students at the university.
Vice Dean David Reingold has recently told Vietnamese Deputy Ambassador to the US Nguyen Vu Tung that a number of Vietnamese students are always top of the international students in the school.
There are more than 40 Vietnamese studying at the university, which is collaborating with the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training to sponsor the Vietnam Young Leaders Awards programme. The programme aims to facilitate young talented public employees to study and improve public administration skills.
During his meeting with the Vietnamese students at the university, Tung spoke highly of the activities of the Vietnamese Students Club in Indiana State to organise the traditional New Year festival for all students in the state and promote Vietnam’s image to international friends./.
