US to help Vietnam’s global economic integration

The Vietnamese Ministry of Justice and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) on July 28 signed a letter of intent between the two governments on a US-financed project on technical assistance.

Underthe LOI, a new cooperation project for the 2010-2013 period will bedeveloped, focusing to on supporting the Vietnamese government toimplement newly-issued legal documents in order to carry out thecountry’s international commitments on WTO.

The project will alsofocus on personnel training and preparations for necessary legalconditions for Vietnam to continue integrating into the globaleconomy./.
