Vietnam’s VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company (VietJet Air) on July 24 opened an air route linking Hanoi and Seoul, the Republic of Korea.
The daily flights depart from Hanoi at 1:45 pm and land in Seoul at 7h55 am while the return ones take off at 11:05 am (Seoul time) and land in 14:10 pm (Hanoi time).
The carrier expects to serve 2,520 passengers per week on the route.
VietJet Air now operates 27 domestic and international routes. It plans to increase the frequency of domestic flights and expand its network in Asia-Pacific region while forming aviation joint ventures in the region.
Last year, the airline transported more than 4.3 million passengers, accounting for about 26 percent of the domestic market share.-VNA
