Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Luong Thanh Nghi made the statementwhile answering reporters’ queries on Vietnam’s response to theVolgograd twin blast that killed at least 31 people.

“We would like to extend our deepest sympathies to families of thevictims as well as the Russian Government and people. We believe thatthe terrorists will be strictly punished” the spokesperson said.-VNA
