Vietnam contributes 50,000 USD to WHO's COVID-19 response fund

Viet Nam has handed over 50,000 USD to the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Response Fund to support the United Nations’ agency in the fight against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
 

On behalf of the Prime Minister, Deputy Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung handed over 50,000 USD to the World Health Organization's COVID-19 Response Fund to support the United Nations’ agency in the fight against Covid-19 pandemic.

Trung expressed thanks to the WHO, other United Nations’ agencies, WHO Office in Viet Nam for their support and assistance to the COVID-19 fight in Viet Nam, contributing to further deepening the Viet Nam-UN partnership during the past four decades./.
