Hanoi (VNA) – Foreign Ministry’s spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang has said Vietnam always seriously and fully delivers on commitments of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) as well as signed free trade agreements.
She made the statement during the ministry’s regular press conference in Hanoi on July 25 in reply to reporters’ queries about Vietnam’s response to India’s anti-dumping investigation on stainless rolled steel imported from Vietnam.
Hang said Vietnam-India comprehensive strategic partnership in general and bilateral economic and trade ties in particular are growing soundly, and their trade issues should be considered in a fair and objective manner in compliance with world trade regulations, bilateral and multilateral trade agreements to which they are members, ensuring legitimate interests of the two countries’ businesses and consumers.-VNA
