Vietnam shipping lines make world top 100

AXS-Alphaliner, an information platform that calls itself a "worldwide reference in liner shipping", has ranked two Vietnamese shipping companies in the list of 100 leading container shipping lines in the world.

The Vietnam National Shipping Lines (Vinalines)and Bien Dong Shipping Company were ranked 67 and 68, respectively.

APM-Maersk topped the list with 540 container vessels totaling2.05 million TEU.

Vietnam Airlines Group offers nearly 2.2 million discounted domestic seats

Vietnam Airlines Group, comprising Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO), will provide nearly 5.5 million seats on domestic routes from now until August 16 to meet peak summer travel demand, including around 2.2 million seats offered at promotional fares on various routes.
