Vietnam Sports and Cycle Expo to open in Hanoi

Thousands of sports lovers across the country will visit the 7th Vietnam International Sports and Cycle Exhibition (VIETNAM SPORT & CYCLE EXPO 2022), which will take place from November 3 to 5 at the Hanoi International Exhibition Centre (ICE).

Hanoi (VNS/VNA) - Thousands of sports lovers across the countrywill visit the 7th Vietnam International Sports and Cycle Exhibition (VIETNAMSPORT & CYCLE EXPO 2022), which will take place from November 3 to 5 at theHanoi International Exhibition Centre (ICE).

The exhibition is supported by Vietnam Sports Administration and the Ministryof Culture, Sports and Tourism. It has been co-organised by VINEXAD and VietnamAutomobile, Motorcycle and Bicycle Association (VAMOBA).

Covering an area of 2500sq.m, the exhibition will have 150 booths, featuringproducts and services of 100 businesses in five main fields: outdoor sports andentertainment, fitness and health care, sports fashion, two-wheelers andaccessories, and sports infrastructure.

The event is expected to attract the attention of the industry's businesscommunity and the community of people who love and practise sports, with morethan 1500 visitors visiting every day. In addition, it will be a platform formanufacturers and businesses to introduce and promote trade and exchange withthe community.

In 2019, the exhibition welcomed over 6,000 trade visitors from 16 countriesand territories; sports product manufacturers, importers, distributors,retailers and stores.

The exhibition will feature made in Vietnam brands such as RITA VO SPORT, knownfor its MOVEMIA series exercise equipment, and DYNAMIC, which has nearly 30years of experience in the production and export of sports products.

As for international brands, ClimbKorea (the Republic of Korea), arepresentative for outdoor and adventure sports, will showcase climbing andindoor and outdoor adventures.

In the two-wheelers and accessories segment, famous domestic and internationalbrands will attend, such as Thong Nhat, Viet Phap, Ronyama, Top Right, Calli,Fuji, Marushi, Rikulau, Cybic, Chevaux, Hanoi Bike, Marin, Sebikes, EmotorVietnam, T-T, Victoria and H.F.T.

The event will also feature interactive activities and hands-on experienceprogrammes for visitors, helping sports players access new product trends andmodels./.

Hanoi targets 30,000 new enterprises in 2025

By the end of 2024, the number of registered enterprises in the capital city reached over 400,000, with about 220,000 operating. Notably, more than 98% of the operating firms are SMEs which create jobs for 55.1% of the local workforce and contribute over 40% of the city’s gross domestic product (GDP).

TH Group inaugurates large-scale dairy processing plant in Russia

The plant has a total capacity of 1,000 tonnes per day, with the first phase producing 500 tonnes daily. All milk used at the plant is sourced from TH’s high-tech farms in the Moscow and Kaluga oblasts.
