The signing of a cooperation agreement between the state audit agencies of Vietnam and Ukraine was expected to create a legal framework for the development of cooperation between the two sides.
Receiving Chairman of the Ukraine Accounting Chamber Valentyn Kostiantynovych Symonenko in Hanoi on Oct. 25, National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Phu Trong asked the Ukraine state auditing agency to continue to cooperate and assist the State Audit of Vietnam (SAV).
He agreed to strengthen the long-lasting traditional ties between Vietnam and Ukraine and expected bilateral cooperation in trade and investment would be further promoted.
While speaking highly of the achievements the State Audit of Vietnam has made, Doctor Valentyn Kostiantynovych Symonenko said he hoped his visit would contribute to resuming the traditional relations between the two countries.
Valentyn Kostiantynovych Symonenko also wished that cooperation between the two state audit agencies would increase friendship and cooperation between the two legislative bodies, States and people of Vietnam and Ukraine./.
