The Regions Party, the ruling party of Ukraine , confirms the importance of multifaceted cooperation with the Communist Party of Vietnam, a Ukrainian official has said in Hanoi.
The remark was made on November 15 by L. Kozhara, Vice Chairman of the Regions Party - which has secured its victory with a qualified majority in the recently-ended legislative elections in Ukraine - at a meeting with Hoang Binh Quan, Head of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations.
Quan, who is also a member of the Party Central Committee, shared the same view that the two parties should foster exchanges of information, experiences and delegations to strengthen social and governmental management that will facilitate the comprehensive cooperation and the traditional friendship between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides spoke of their respective country’s socio-economic development, as well as other regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The two officials signed an agreement intended to increase cooperation between the two parties.-VNA
