Hanoi (VNA) - The Vietnamesewomen’s futsal team arrived in Japan on July 24 for training ahead of theupcoming SEA Games.

Coach Truong Quoc Tuan and 18 players willstay in Kawaguchi City for one week.

As part of their preparations they willplay three friendly matches against local clubs. They play Fuchu AthleticPromeira on July 26, Estrela Novo on July 27 and Fugador Ladies one day later.

“In general, my players have improved a lotin term of skills and physique. They deeply understand our tactics and carrythem out well in competitions,” said Tuan about his team after several weekstogether.

The team will return HCM City on July 30 andwill have 10 days to sharpen their skills before leaving for the MalaysianGames.

There are five teams competing in women’sfutsal at the SEA Games. Vietnam will play Thailand in the first match onAugust 18 at the Panasonic Stadium in Selangor.-VNA

The relics will be open for public worship and veneration at Hanoi-based Quan Su Pagoda from 6 am to 9 pm from May 14-16. They will then be transferred to Tam Chuc Pagoda in the northern province of Ha Nam from May 17-21, before being returned to India.
