The new air routes play a key role in strengthening connectivity between Vietnam and China, especially as 2025 marks the 75th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations, and the Year of China-Vietnam Humanistic Exchange. This year, civil servants, employees and workers in Vietnam will enjoy a five-day break from April 30 to May 4 on the occasion of the Reunification Day (April 30) and International Workers’ Day (May 1).
A significant portion of these flights will serve routes to and from HCM City, with 5,083 flights (averaging 462 per day), reflecting a 21% increase in both total flights and seating capacity.
