Beijing (VNA) - Four northern provinces of Vietnam and China’s Yunnan province recently coordinated to organise the first skill and technical exchange activity for workers in Mengzi city, Honghe autonomous prefecture.
At the event, the two sides signed a memorandum of cooperation and carried out exchanges of skills and techniques between workers from both sides.
Jinyong, Vice President of the Yunnan provincial federation of trade unions, stated that the Chinese province and Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Ha Giang, and Dien Bien provinces of Vietnam organised this activity to strengthen friendly exchanges between the federation and the Federations of Labour of the Vietnamese provinces.
Outstanding workers, artisans, union officials, and skilled technical staff of the two sides shared skills, techniques, and experiences, as well as innovative outcomes in their respective fields of work./.
