Vietnam ’s Thien Minh Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company on March 16 broke ground on a four-star hotel—the Xieng Thong Palace --in Luang Prabang province, Laos .
Covering an area of 3,200 s.q.m, next to Xieng Thong pagoda, the three-million USD hotel is scheduled to be operational within 12 months with a service life of 40 years.
