A group of Vietnamese doctors on April 8-10 visited and provided gifts and free medical check-ups and medicine worth over 300 million VND (14,000 USD) for poor people in Cambodia’s Mondulkiri province.
More than 1,000 Cambodians benefited from the programme, which was joined by officials, doctors and nurses from the Military Zone 5 and the Military Command of Central Highlands Dak Nong province.
The activity helped strengthen the friendship and solidarity between the two armies and peoples in general as well as between Dak Nong and Mondulkiri provinces in particular.-VNA
