Paintings by 13 Vietnamese artists in various techniques, such as lacquer, oil on canvas and acrylic, impressed British and international art lovers.
Hoa Angie, Director of Hanoi Art House, a gallery specializing in introducing Vietnamese artworks to the world, said that, through exhibitions and fairs like ‘London Affordable Art,’ Vietnamese paintings have left more footprints in the international art stage.
The Affordable Art Fair started 25 years ago, with the aim to make it an accessible, easy and joyful place for people to come and purchase artworks. The Fair always ensures at least 30% of the exhibiting galleries having an international flavor.
This year, it was held twice to celebrate its 25-year history.
