Thailand’s Nakhon Phanom province has launched a project to welcome Vietnamese youths to the country through an exchange programme.
The programme is also aimed at promoting bilateral relations between the two countries.
said the project provides Vietnamese youths with an opportunity to exchange knowledge and culture with their Thai counterparts, said the province's Deputy Governor after presiding over the opening ceremony.
Twenty four youths, with half selected from each of the two countries, will be staying with their host families in Nen Nam Kham village of Nakhon Phanom province before visiting places in Bangkok and its vicinity.
