Vietnam’s beaches enter world’s top 100 beaches

An Bang beach in Hoi An ancient town and Dai (Long) beach in Phu Quoc island have been listed in the world’s 100 best beaches by CNN.

The results were built on the assessments of tourism experts, travelers and the website’s readers around the world.

Accordingly, Long beach is ranked 93rd in the list and rated as the most popular new island destination in Vietnam .

An Bang beach is at the 86 th place and described by the website as a beach with “gentle waves and soft white sand”.

In 2011, the CNN website also selected An Bang as one of the most 50 beautiful beaches of the world.

Meanwhile, Long beach in the northwest of Phu Quoc island was introduced as one of the world’s clean and beautiful beaches unspoiled by people by Australia’s ABC News channel in 2008.-VNA
