Vinamilk opens high-tech dairy farm in Thanh Hoa

The Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has inaugurated a high-tech dairy farm in the central province of Thanh Hoa.

Thanh Hoa (VNA) - The VietnamDairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has inaugurated a high-tech dairyfarm in the central province of Thanh Hoa.

Covering a total area of 40 hectares inThong Nhat town, Yen Dinh district, the facility was built with an investmentof 700 billion VND (30.5 million USD).

The farm, designed to raise 4,000 milk cows,is granted the global GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) certification inrecognition of its farm management, raw milk quality, and application ofstate-of-the-art technology.

The farm is the first of its kind to bebuilt in the Vinamilk Thanh Hoa dairy farm complex, which is designed to havefour more high-tech farms with up to 20,000 dairy cows, supplying 110 millionlitres per annum by 2020.

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony on March28, Vinamilk CEO Mai Kieu Lien said that the inauguration of the farm aimed tohelp Vinamilk to achieve its business goals, while contributing to boosting thedevelopment of the dairy industry in Thanh Hoa and Vietnam in general. - VNA

Construction of AEON Hai Duong Shopping Centre kicked off

With a total investment of around 1.18 trillion VND (45.6 million USD), the AEON Hai Duong Shopping Centre is designed with a total floor area of approximately 3.6 hectares. Spanning an estimated gross floor area (GFA) of roughly 38,100 sq.m, the shopping centre will feature ample parking space for nearly 600 cars and 1,200 motorcycles.

Until 2030, Hanoi looks to have 159 industrial clusters covering a total area of 3,204 ha, expand five clusters established between 2017 and 2020 with a total area of about 45 ha, and build 21 new ones covering about 536 ha.
