Vinh Long: First training course held for engineers working in Japan

A cooperation programme for training Vietnamese engineers working in Japan on March 11 opened its first course for 2021-2025, enrolling 64 students in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long.

Vinh Long (VNA) – A cooperation programme for trainingVietnamese engineers working in Japan on March 11 opened its first course for2021-2025, enrolling 64 students in the Mekong Delta province of Vinh Long.

The programme is co-orgarised by the Vinh Long Universityof Technical Education and the Esuhai limited company, with its course consistingof two stages. In the first stage, students receive university-level training andclasses on Japanese language, and skills, and working style in a Japaneseenvironment at the university. The second one offers graduates from the previous phaseworking programmes in Japan organised by Esuhai.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the course, rector ofthe university Associate Professor and Dr. Cao Phi Hung informed that the cooperationprogramme was signed in March 2021, with the sides together establishing acentre training students according to the orders of enterprises, helping learners meet the requirements of Japanese employers.

Over the past five years, the university and the firm jointlytrained over 1,500 students, of whom more than 780 worked in Japan./.

OVs in Thailand preserve cultural legacy

Dien Bien provides training for northern Lao cadres

Additional training sessions will be conducted at local educational institutions to help participants improve professional skills and the capability of using teaching technology, meeting the training needs of cadres from northern Lao provinces.

VNA strengthens Vietnam-Laos relationship through media cooperation

Contestants included university students majoring in Vietnamese, translators, and professionals working in Vietnamese-related fields, as well as those with a keen interest in Vietnam, its people, and especially its cuisine.
