Hop also informed Salang of the six main goals that Vietnam wants to reach in the IT sector, including developing its human resources, software, IT infrastructure, e-government and especially encouraging strong communication groups.
Salang expressed the hope both ministries will increase sharing their experiences of state management, encourage and create better conditions for businesses from both countries to meet and seek out cooperative opportunities in the production of telecommunications equipment and the provision of telecoms services.
