Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim and his spouse presided over an official welcome ceremony at the Prime Minister's Office in the Putrajaya Administrative Centre on November 21 for Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse. After the ceremony , the two leaders held talks.
