From October to December every year, the entire Ang Nua valley in Muong Ang district, Dien Bien province, is usually covered by a soft, floating layer of white clouds in the early morning. The best time to view the mountain picturesque and mystical scenery is between 6 to 8 AM.
Tua Chua, a mountainous district in the northern mountainous province of Dien Bien, is known for its rugged terrain and steep slopes, which make transportation challenging. However, the district enjoys a cool year-round climate and pristine natural landscapes, earning it the reputation of a "sleeping beauty" awaiting discovery in the tourism sector.
The Muong Thanh rice fields in Dien Bien district, Dien Bien province, span approximately 140 square kilometers and extend over 20 kilometers. Boasting an average yield of 6-7 tons per hectare, they are regarded as the largest rice granary in the northwest region.
