Picturesque scenery on Dien Bien’s Tang Quai pass

From October to December every year, the entire Ang Nua valley in Muong Ang district, Dien Bien province, is usually covered by a soft, floating layer of white clouds in the early morning. The best time to view the mountain picturesque and mystical scenery is between 6 to 8 AM.
