The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines will operate 32 more flightswith nearly 6,500 seats during August 31-September 3 on high-demand routes topopular tourist destinations such as Hanoi to Da Nang/Quy Nhon/Phu Quoc and HoChi Minh City to Quy Nhon/Nha Trang/Phu Quoc/Da Lat.
The airline’s representative said the carrier will constantly update ontravel demands and flexibly adjust flights to best meet passengers’ demand.

Meanwhile, low-cost carrier Jetstar Pacific will operate more than 540flights during August 31-September 3, capable of serving more than 100,000passengers, up 35 percent from the same period last year.
The airline said it has announced flight schedules long before theholiday to allow passengers to book early, adding that the numbers of bookingson flights to Phu Quoc, Da Nang and Da Lat have surged in recent days. Otherroutes have also seen increases in demand.-VNA
